Green CGI

Sustainable content production

In direct comparison to traditional photo or film productions, CGI is ahead of the game when it comes to greenhouse gas emissions. No prototype or set construction - transport and travel-related CO2 emissions are reduced to an absolute minimum. In this context, CGI naturally stands for reduction through avoidance, so to speak.

But with our "Green CGI" initiative, we are going one better. Or rather: we are taking something off the top. Based on the ecocockpit balance sheet, we have been able to significantly reduce our already low CO2 emissions.

Green CGI:
the sum of all things.

Green CGI describes the bundling of a variety of measures to reduce CO2 at supaCGI. For example, we heat our offices with the waste heat from our computers, support our employees in switching to electromobility, promote remote work and even relocate our company headquarters to reduce our artists' commutes.

We have already made considerable progress on our path to climate-neutral content production. We are good, but far from perfect. Continuous reflection and adjustments are needed. Even if it is sometimes uncomfortable - with Green CGI we are making a small contribution to social responsibility.
